Refund policy

We kindly request that you understand our return policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for personal reasons or customer convenience.

However, if you happen to receive a defective item or a product that is different from what you ordered, we would be more than happy to assist you with a return. Please kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will guide you through the process.

Once we have responded to your email, we kindly ask that you arrange for the return shipment with payment on delivery (COD) for the shipping fees. Upon receipt of the item in unused condition, we will promptly issue a refund for the product price.
