Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING(JAPAN)

Shipping fee for domestic delivery is a flat rate of ¥800 yen.

※ For domestic orders totaling ¥15,000 yen or more (excluding shipping fees and handling charges), we offer free shipping.

After your order is placed, we will ship the items within 1-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

For shipping services, we utilize Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin" or "Takkyubin Compact" services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

※ Orders totaling 30,000 yen or more (excluding shipping fees and handling charges) are eligible for free shipping.

After your order is placed, we will ship the items within 1-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

We use Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service) for international delivery.

 

DUTIES AND HANDLINGS

Japan orders will not be charged duties. 

QOOKAI SWIMWEAR is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. As these fees are not computed nor applied by QOOKAI SWIMWEAR, if you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
